We are 100% a family business, it started 10 decades ago by our Great-grandfather in 1913, he established his first coffee plantation in Armenia, a part of the Colombian Coffee Region which is famous for growing and producing the majority and the best Colombian Coffee.
Today we would like to share our family tradition, our expertise, and the best coffees from around the world directly to your event. We want our community to experience the best, top quality, handcrafted coffees prepared to perfection by professional baristas.

Thank you for your interest in renting our adorable Event Camper for your event. We are a family own business based in North Dallas TX, and happy to serve all MetroPlex area and surrounding areas.
We are happy to create a custom package that better fits your event. Our Event Camper can be rent out as a Coffee & Espresso Bar, Wine & Beer Bar, Dessert Station, Ticket Station, Photo Booth, Styling Shoot Prop etc. the possibilities are endless. We have a two-hour minimum rental and includes delivery and set up. We also provide certify Baristas, TABC certified Bartenders and certified Food handlers to serve at your event.
If you are renting our Event Camper as Wine/beer bar, All alcohol must be supplied by the client or organizer. If you need alcohol brought in, we can work with a third party vendor to make it easy on your part.
Things to consider:
Event Camper requires two power outlets at your location (we will provide extension cords). If event is happening at a location with not access to electricity we will add a small fee to your invoice.
What type of events do you serve?
Our Artisan Coffee and Espresso Bar serves any type of events. Weddings, Corporate, Schools and Universities, Private and any other event where we can delight your guests with gourmet coffees and quality service.
Would you travel long distance to serve our guests?
We are happy to serve your guests outside the DFW area as well. Please fill out the contact us form so we can discuss our options.
Do you provide Alcohol?
We do not have a license to sell beer, wine, or liquor but you are more than welcome to bring your own beer and or wine. Unfortunately we do not serve liquor at this time.
What are your power needs for your mobile bar?
We need a single outlet on a regular 20 amp circuit for our Espresso Machine and a separate 15 amp circuit for our pourover bar.
What is your space requirements to setup?
For an indoor or outdoor event, we ask for at least 100 square feet for our coffee carts. For our Event Camper which is 12x6, we require at least 200 square feet.
How much time does it take you to set up?
We need roughly one hour before and after your event. This will ensure that our gear can get settled in and come up to temperature. No, you are not charged for these hours of setup, just hours of actual service.
